How does the programme work?
Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
*You must be registered with Sir Henry Recruitment to avail of this referral programme
*The referred person MUST be a Nurse, Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
*If it’s an Overseas Nurse they MUST have passed either IELTS/OET (if required), CBT and they MUST have NMC Decision Letter
*The referred person MUST be cleared to work for the Agency
*Please contact us to avail of your payment when your referral has completed their first shift
*For Overseas Nurses, please contact us once your referral takes up a permanent UK post
*You will be provided with your payment after your referral has been placed on our payroll
*You may receive £50 payment for each friend you introduce
*A referral already on Sir Henry Recruitment register will not be accepted under the referral scheme
*In the event of multiple referrals for the same person, Sir Henry Recruitment will decide who will receive the Golden Thank You based on the sequence the referrals are received.
